Planout Group is looking for an Ecommerce Content Intern who has a strong command of written English and an interest in understanding how product content influences customer buying decisions on ecommerce marketplaces.

The intern will work on creating and optimizing Product Titles, Bullet Points, Product Descriptions, Keywords, and Marketplace Content for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other ecommerce marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, researching products, understanding customers, and converting product features into clear and compelling selling points.

You will work closely with our Ecommerce, Marketplace and Creative teams to understand how high-performing product listings are built.

- How to use AI tools intelligently for research, ideation and content optimization while maintaining content quality and accuracy

You will get exposure to working across multiple brands, categories and ecommerce platforms, giving you practical experience in how ecommerce content is created at scale. Requirements

- Graduate / Final-year student from English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related field
- Strong command of written English
- Good grammar, vocabulary and attention to detail
- Ability to understand a product and explain its benefits in simple and persuasive language
- Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart
- Robust research skills and ability to study competitors
- Ability to differentiate between Product Features and Customer Perks
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Basic understanding of keywords and SEO would be an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT or other AI content tools is preferred




- Ability to work on multiple products and categories while maintaining accuracy
- Curious, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Ability to take feedback and continuously improve content
