The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, order management, marketplace optimization, and driving sales, preferably in the home appliances category. Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock updates. Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.

Analyze sales performance and marketplace trends to improve conversions.



Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads and order fulfillment. Handle customer queries and maintain a smooth online shopping experience.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Required

SkillsExperience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). E-commerce optimization and product listing management. E-commerce sales experience. Knowledge of home appliances sales is preferred. Basic understanding of marketplace analytics and inventory management. Valuable communication and organizational skills. EligibilityMinimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
