We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace operations, promotions, and monitoring online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.

- Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and inventory.

- Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and other teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor product availability, pricing, and stock levels across online channels.

- Manage promotions, discounts, offers, and marketplace campaigns.

- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and prepare performance reports.

- Monitor customer reviews, ratings,



and feedback and coordinate appropriate responses.

- Identify sales opportunities and recommend ways to improve online revenue and conversion.

- Ensure product pages follow marketplace guidelines and company standards.

- Monitor competitors, pricing, product assortment, and online market trends.

- Resolve marketplace-related issues, including listing, payment, order, and account-related concerns.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
