Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Executive who has hands-on experience managing product listings and marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of creating, uploading, updating, and optimizing product listings and managing day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Prepare and maintain product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, pricing, and other listing details.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and search ranking.
- Manage product catalogues and update existing listings whenever required.
- Handle SKU creation, product variations, categories, and attributes.
- Monitor listing errors, inactive/suppressed listings, and resolve marketplace-related issues.
- Update product pricing and inventory across different platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, stock, and other listing requirements.
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and ensure accurate product information.
- Handle basic order, return, cancellation, and customer-related marketplace issues.




- Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and product performance reports.
- Ensure all listings comply with the respective marketplace guidelines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
- Knowledge of Meesho and other e-commerce marketplaces will be preferred.
- Understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple product listings with accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Marketplace Operations.
- Candidates must have practical experience in Amazon and Flipkart product listing.
- Graduate candidates preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidate should be able to independently handle product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar marketplace accounts will be preferred.
- Candidates residing near Sahibabad/Ghaziabad or nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
