- We are looking for a Program Specialist – Training (Drone Trainer) who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in Drone technologies.
- This is primarily a trainer role, where the selected candidate will train students on Drone technologies, components, and industry practices. The trainer will conduct structured classroom and practical training sessions to help students develop technical knowledge and industry readiness.
- The role requires frequent travel to partner colleges and training centres to conduct offline training sessions and hands-on workshops.
- Since the role involves delivering training sessions and interacting with students, candidates must have very good English communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Role Overview

- Conduct training on UAV systems, drone assembly, and flight operations.
- Deliver hands-on training on drone technology including agriculture spraying drones.
- Train students in assembly, maintenance, repair,



and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and hands on training on UAV systems, including drone assembly and flight operations.
- Assembly of agriculture spraying drone.
- Piloting of Agriculture spraying drone along with real-time field flying and spraying demonstrations to students and faculty.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of drones.
- Manage Drone Lab and ensure safety and equipment readiness.
- Student mentorship and project guidance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with agriculture spraying drones.
- Strong expertise in drone assembly, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience in flying drones in real field conditions.
- Knowledge of flight controllers (Pixhawk/Ardupilot) and mission planning tools.
- Understanding of DGCA regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelors in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics or related field.
- DGCA Remote Pilot Certification (preferred).

Key Attributes

- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply)
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and technical explanation abilities
- Comfortable travelling regularly to colleges and training centres for conducting training programs
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in energetic training environments
- Local language proficiency is mandatory
