1. Develop and implement the people strategy and HR budget for the division
2. Ensure management of employee life cycle, systems, processes for employees in division
3. Oversee implementation of corporate initiatives in the division, monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
4. Ensure adherence with all safety standards defined by SFL, oversee areas including facilities, utilities and others as applicable for the division
5. Lead and manage the Divisional and plant HR functions.
