Director, Enterprise Software Engineering About the Role : We are seeking a highly customer-obsessed, AI-first, and growth-oriented technology leader to join as Director to lead the architecture, delivery, and operations of our ServiceNow platform. and resilient systems Technical Expertise Robust knowledge in ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITAM, VR, SecOps modules Certified ServiceNow Administrator, ServiceNow Developer Robust experience in Platform Engineering &
- Automation: CMDB, ATF, Basic PA &
- Reporting, Automations using Flow Designer, Automations using Integrations, and Integration Hub.
