We are seeking a visionary and accomplished academic leader to serve as Director, MBA for our Gurugram campus. The Director will work closely with University leadership to strengthen research output, industry partnerships, accreditation standing, and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and academic leadership across MBA programme.
- Drive curriculum innovation, ensuring alignment with industry needs and emerging business trends
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance management
- Strengthen research culture — publications, funded projects, and faculty-industry collaborations
- Build and sustain relationships with corporates for placements, live projects, and executive education
- Oversee accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC)
and institutional rankings initiatives
- Representing the school at national and international academic forums
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to support enrolment growth and brand visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- PhD in Management or a related discipline from a reputed institution
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in academia, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (Dean / Director)
- Industry experience or robust industry connect is a significant advantage
