Role Description The Director role at Zelis is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Director will oversee strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals for the healthcare financial platform. This role involves setting operational priorities, driving process improvements, and monitoring performance metrics to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, technology, and operations teams to guide decision-making, manage risks, and support long-term growth.





Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture, and representing Zelis in internal and external forums as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, technology, financial services, or a related industry, with a track record of managing large or complex teams.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in operations management, process optimization, and performance measurement, preferably within a highly regulated or data-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working with data and technology solutions; familiarity with healthcare payment systems, platforms, or analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad and engage effectively with global and local teams across different time zones.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
