Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals in International Life & Annuity Insurance for the role of Process Associate. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Process transactions related to International Life & Annuity Insurance.

Review and validate insurance-related information and documents.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing assigned activities.

Adhere to defined quality standards, process guidelines, and timelines.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.





Required Skills minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of experience in International Life & Annuity Insurance.

Good knowledge of Life & Annuity insurance operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education: 10+2+3.

Immediate joiners preferred.

All'educational and employment documents are mandatory.

Salary credits from previous employers must have been processed through a bank account. Cash salary payments are not acceptable.
