- Assist customers with banking/product-related information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil.
- Basic computer and digital communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
