Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns that promote Springfield Properties’ listings, services, and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring web and campaign analytics, and improving digital performance based on data insights. The role will involve coordinating with sales and property teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.





This is a full time, on-site position based in Bangalore Rural, requiring regular collaboration with local teams and participation in on-ground marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, community engagement, and platform management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including tracking performance, interpreting data, and reporting insights.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with real estate marketing, experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and basic design or content editing skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, and prior experience in digital marketing or social media roles, is preferred.
