About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist/Lead who is savvy with the creator market to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of market trends and dynamics, and can translate that knowledge into effective, engaging digital content and campaigns. A background in finance is a strong plus (but not mandatory), as it will help the candidate better understand our audience, industry positioning, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the founder to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to plan, create, and execute engaging content. Preference for candidates with video editing and production experience.
- Plan and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Help the team transform financial concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Identify emerging digital trends and recommend new content opportunities.




- Collaborate with internal teams to launch campaigns that support client acquisition and brand growth.
- Monitor content performance and optimize campaigns using analytics and audience insights.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand building, content strategy, or creative marketing.
- Proven experience building and growing brands through social media and digital campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with content/design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve marketing efficiency and creative output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
- Background or experience in finance, investing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
