Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, lead generation, and digital analytics, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor SEO performance.
- Create and manage digital content and social media calendars.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other teams for marketing campaigns.




- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and other marketing KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
