Part-Time Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Remote – India | 3 Days per Week | Market-competitive salary

Wings Education is looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist based in India to strengthen our online presence, increase engagement and support student-focused marketing campaigns.

Wings Education is an Australian education and test-preparation provider offering PTE, IELTS and NAATI CCL preparation , including personalised learning, practice tests and mock tests to help students achieve their study, migration and professional goals.

Position

- Part-time / Contract – approximately 3 days per week
- Remote work from India
- Some availability during Australian business hours preferred
- Competitive salary/remuneration based on experience and quality of work
- Potential for a long-term ongoing role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, graphics and videos
- Prepare content calendars and schedule posts
- Write captions and marketing copy
- Develop campaigns to increase enquiries, engagement and brand awareness
- Support student recruitment and education marketing campaigns
- Manage and monitor paid advertising where required
- Track performance and provide regular reports
- Research competitors, trends and new marketing opportunities
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms





Skills and Experience The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Graphic design and short-form video editing skills
- Experience using Canva and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and digital advertising
- Good English communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute fresh, creative ideas

Language Requirement Applicants should have good English communication skills and must also speak Hindi and/or Punjabi .
