We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on Google Ads, PPC, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

? Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage & optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & search-term analysis
- Optimize campaigns for better leads, conversions & lead quality
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting & ad scheduling
- Create and test high-performing ad copies
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS & other KPIs
- Analyze campaign data and implement performance-driven strategies
- Manage conversion tracking, call tracking & lead tracking
- Support SEO, social media, remarketing, email marketing & other digital marketing activities
- Research competitors and identify current growth opportunities
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights

? Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC & Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads & lead-generation campaigns
- Practical experience with campaign optimization and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & Google Ads conversion tracking is preferred




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with US/international campaigns will be an advantage
- Experience with call-based lead generation is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
