Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Noida.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will manage and grow Arbsolve’s digital presence, including planning and executing social media campaigns, creating web content, and supporting online brand positioning. The role involves monitoring web analytics, optimizing digital campaigns for lead generation and engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals. The individual will create performance reports,



suggest data-driven improvements, and help maintain consistent messaging across all online channels.

Collaboration with design, development, and operations teams will be a regular part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms.
- Effective Communication abilities to convey clear, engaging messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing to create concise, accurate, and audience-focused copy for websites and digital assets.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and recommend actionable marketing improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content management systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in marketplace platforms, tech products, or service-based industries is an advantage.
