Role Description The Digital Marketer will manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities to grow Amrit Deol Fitness’s brand and client base. This full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh, India includes planning and running social media campaigns, creating content calendars, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach. The role involves setting up and monitoring digital lead generation funnels, tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools, and preparing concise performance reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Marketing to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing to measure performance, interpret data, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging fitness-related content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with major social platforms and basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Chandigarh, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or consumer-facing brands is an advantage.
