This position involves creating, scheduling, and monitoring campaigns across various digital channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Digital Content Specialist to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless integration with our overall marketing strategy.

The role requires a detail-oriented skilled capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency.

The Digital Marketing

Coordinator will serve as a key player in our marketing team, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the successful delivery of impactful digital campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in email marketing and copywriting, demonstrating the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.



Proficiency in using HubSpot for email campaign creation, scheduling, list management, and reporting is essential. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Canva for visual content creation, and Google Ads for paid media support is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical for success in this role. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills will enable the candidate to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Designing and scheduling high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring all elements such as formatting, links, images, subject lines, and calls to action are accurate and aligned with campaign goals.
- Supporting audience targeting and list segmentation to ensure emails reach the appropriate segments, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
- Managing email deployment timelines to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule, monitoring performance, and making adjustments as needed.
- Creating and scheduling organic social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, maintaining consistency with brand voice and campaign objectives.




- Writing engaging captions and adapting messaging to suit different platforms, aiming to increase audience engagement and relevance.
- Maintaining organized social media content calendars to ensure a steady flow of content and timely posting.
- Supporting paid media efforts by assisting in the development of creative content for Google Ads, including ad copy, visuals, and campaign materials.
- Coordinating with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all digital assets are accurate, on-brand, and ready for deployment.
- Organizing and managing creative assets required for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
