About The Role The Digital Marketing Coordinator at MSI Services Pvt Ltd plays a vital role in executing and managing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position is responsible for designing, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing initiatives, organic social media content, and supporting paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Digital Content Specialist and marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand voice and strategic goals.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly HubSpot, to facilitate seamless campaign execution and reporting.

The Digital Marketing

Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining the consistency and effectiveness of our online marketing efforts, contributing to the overall growth and visibility of MSI Services Pvt Ltd.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in email marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing roles.




- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for creating, scheduling, and managing email campaigns, as well as analyzing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Google Ads is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, schedule, and execute high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, ensuring all content is accurate and engaging.
- Manage audience segmentation and list management to target the right recipients for each campaign.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for organic social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice, campaign objectives, and overall marketing strategy.
- Write engaging captions, adapt messaging for different platforms, and monitor engagement metrics to optimize content performance.




- Maintain organized content calendars to ensure timely posting and consistent brand presence across platforms.
- Support paid media initiatives by assisting with the development of ad creatives, copy, and campaign assets for Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Specialist to ensure all digital assets are accurate, on-brand, and ready for deployment.
- Assist in organizing and managing creative assets needed for digital advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance metrics.
- Regularly analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
