Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview The Digital Leader will be responsible for field-level implementation of Bayer FarmRise One initiatives, onboarding FPOs and PACCS, engaging farmers, promoting digital solutions, and achieving assigned business and adoption targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard FPOs, PACCS, farmer groups, and other farmer institutions.
- Promote and drive adoption of FarmRise One digital solutions.
- Build strong relationships with FPOs, farmers, dealers, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct farmer meetings, FPO meetings, awareness programs, demonstrations, and other field activities.
- Generate business opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop the assigned territory through regular field visits and stakeholder engagement.
- Support farmers and FPOs in understanding and using FarmRise One solutions.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and farmer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, onboarding, customer engagement, and business performance.
- Submit regular reports to the Senior Digital Lead/management.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of FarmRise One activities

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pesticide/agri-input industry is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in field sales, farmer engagement, FPOs, agri-business, or digital adoption will be preferred

Must Have

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong field orientation and ability to work independently.
- Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.
- Tamil candidates who can communicate effectively in Malayalam are also welcome.
