We are hiring for one of our clients for a result-driven Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth, acquire strategic BFSI accounts, and expand fintech solution adoption across banking and financial institutions.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–10 years of experience in BFSI / Fintech / Banking Technology
- Strong enterprise sales & business development experience
- Candidates must have Fintech domain experience or robust banking knowledge
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Good understanding of Banking Payments & Settlement will be an added advantage
- Experience in commercial negotiations, contract closures, forecasting & pipeline management
- Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, Security, Compliance & CXO levels
- Must be open to travel across India as per business requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the complete sales cycle for BFSI customers
- Acquire new banking and financial institution clients
- Own revenue targets,



sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Build and manage strategic BFSI accounts
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Drive recurring revenue through AMC, upgrades, support contracts and enhancements
- Sell OEM products, fintech platforms, digital banking and system integration solutions
- Coordinate with OEM and internal teams for solution proposals
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure revenue realization
- Monitor margins, commercial risks and scope/change requests

Preferred Experience Experience in selling solutions related to:

Digital Banking | Payments | ATM/POS | Security | Identity | Compliance | Fintech Platforms

Preferred Company Background

Candidates from companies such as:

Maximus | Sarvatra | IDBI Intech | Softech Solution | Kores | VSoft | NCR | Miscot | Finacus | Saraswat Infotech Limited

Candidates from similar BFSI, Fintech, Banking Technology, Payment Solutions, System Integration, ATM/POS or Digital Banking companies will also be considered.
