Role DescriptionThe Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing EOAT, robotic grippers, SPMs, conveyors, jigs, fixtures and safety fencing. The role involves 3D modelling, detailed drawings, BOM preparation, component selection, design validation and coordination with production and electrical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models, assembly designs and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Design EOAT, grippers, SPMs, conveyors, jigs and fixtures.
- Select mechanical, pneumatic and mechatronic components.
- Prepare BOMs,



technical drawings and presentations.
- Understand basic pneumatic circuits, sensors, PLC and electrical drawings.
- Review designs for manufacturability, safety, functionality and cost.
- Support prototype development, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with customers, production, quality and engineering teams.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Design Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of mechanical design and CAD software.
- Experience in robotics, automation, EOAT, SPMs or conveyors preferred.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, manufacturing processes and component selection.
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare BOMs and detailed drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
