- Key Deliverables Maintenance Operations Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime. Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure timely restoration of equipment during breakdowns.

Equipment Reliability

Maintain engine manufacturing machines such as CNC machines, assembly lines, conveyors, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment issues. Implement reliability improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities. Planning &

- Documentation Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to PM plans. Maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, and downtime reports. Update spare parts consumption and inventory records. Safety &
- Compliance Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and statutory requirements.
