Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 and L2 support for production trading applications.
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of Equity, Derivatives, and Commodities trading systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and database-related issues within defined SLAs.
- Track, manage, and coordinate incident resolution activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Execute application deployments, patches, and system upgrades.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.
- Run Oracle/SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and log analysis.
- Implement change requests and support regulatory-driven system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with exchange regulations and operational controls.
- Prepare daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and technical documentation.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reviews.




- Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with application vendors for advanced issue resolution and system improvements.

Key Competencies:

- Robust understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and trading operations. Knowledge of exchange processes and market practices.
- Expertise in managing L1/L2 support, incident management, deployments, and system upgrades.
- Ensures high system availability and operational stability.
- Effective coordination with business users, internal teams, and external vendors. Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
