Duties and Responsibilities

- An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.

- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.

- A valuable team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.

- Manage multiple locations - and ensure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business.

- Manage channel relationships.

- Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets.

- Manage the sales process.

- Ensure process rigor and controllership.

- Ensure smooth service delivery to channels.





- Manage the FOS productivity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA - Finance/Marketing.

- Relevant experience of 2-4 years in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
