Reporting To: Head – Healthcare Operations
Role Overview
Responsible for the end-to-end performance of multiple Supertails clinics within an assigned zone, driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, clinical quality, customer experience and people performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own zone-level revenue, P&L;, productivity and operational KPIs across multiple clinics.
- Lead and coach Centre Managers and clinic leadership teams, driving accountability and performance.
- Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular clinic reviews and audits; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Partner with Clinical, HR, Finance, Marketing, CX, Supply Chain and Infrastructure teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive customer experience, NPS/CSAT, repeat visits and complaint resolution.
- Analyse clinic performance, identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to improve footfall, conversion and revenue.
- Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training, productivity and employee engagement in partnership with HR.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, facility readiness and vendor performance.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly zone performance dashboards and action plans to leadership.

Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in multi-unit operations; healthcare, veterinary, retail, hospitality or QSR preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple locations and teams.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, business metrics and operational excellence.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare/veterinary operations is an added advantage.
