Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and business inputs.

· Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to align demand plans with business objectives.

· Monitor forecast accuracy, demand variability, and inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

· Lead monthly demand review meetings and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process.

· Analyze market intelligence, new product launches, and promotional activities to anticipate demand fluctuations.

· Coordinate with manufacturing and supply planning teams to ensure timely product availability.

· Generate MIS reports, forecasting dashboards, and planning insights for management review.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in demand planning and inventory management.

· Support budgeting, annual operating plans,



and business forecasting exercises.

· Ensure optimal inventory levels across warehouses and distribution channels.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting methodologies, and inventory management.

· Experience working in Food or FMCG industry is mandatory/preferred.

· Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

· Knowledge of S&OP; and supply chain planning processes.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
