Solvei8 is a B2B SaaS company building technology for apparel manufacturers globally. Our products help manufacturers improve production visibility, planning, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own and execute campaigns across our B2B growth channels, building a predictable demand generation engine that consistently contributes qualified pipeline to the business.

What You'll Own

● Paid Acquisition: Own LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels — including audience strategy, campaign setup, budgets, optimization, testing and performance.

● Email Marketing: Own email as a demand-generation channel — including segmentation, campaigns, automation, nurture journeys and conversion.

● SEO & Organic Growth: Own SEO strategy and execution to drive organic traffic and qualified leads.

● Website & Conversion: Own website analytics, landing-page performance and CRO, identifying opportunities to improve visitor-to-lead conversion.

● Integrated Demand Generation:



Plan and execute integrated campaigns across these channels, aligned to product, GTM and business priorities, working closely with Content, Design and Sales.

● Performance & Pipeline: Own funnel analysis across Lead → MQL → SQL →Opportunity → Pipeline, using performance data to decide what to scale, optimize or stop.

What We’re Looking For

● 5–7 years of B2B Demand Generation, Growth or Performance Marketing experience, with proven B2B lead generation results, ideally in B2B SaaS or Enterprise SaaS.

● Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, lead qualification, attribution and marketing-to-sales funnels.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose channel performance and make data-led optimization and investment decisions.

● Solid bias toward testing and experimentation.

● Comfortable working independently in a lean environment and collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
