Doorstep Delivery: Navigate local routes using GPS and deliver orders safely to customer locations within committed short timelines (typically within a 2–4 km radius of the dark store).

Payment Collection: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when applicable and handle transactions reliably.
