Role Description The Debt Collection Agency Manager at V CATCH is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees daily operations of the debt collection team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The manager will design and implement collection strategies, allocate portfolios, and coordinate with clients to review results and improve recovery rates.

Responsibilities include training and coaching collection agents, resolving escalated cases, analyzing data and reports, and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting a professional, ethical approach to collections and customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Experience in debt collection management, including portfolio handling, recovery planning, and overseeing collection teams.
- Strong operational leadership skills, covering team supervision, performance management, workflow planning, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements related to collections, customer communication, and data protection.
- Proficiency in call center or BPO environments, with familiarity in using dialer systems, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage escalations and maintain professional client and customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve collection outcomes.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; prior experience in a debt collection agency or similar environment is highly preferred.
