Job Role: Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and measurable goals.
- Build and validate Machine Learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendations, or NLP.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, experiments, and hypothesis tests.
- Apply Statistics and Probability to support business decisions.
- Perform data preparation, feature engineering, ETL, and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to deploy models into production.
- Monitor model performance and data quality.
- Present insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior Data Scientists and contribute to technical reviews.





Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Applied Data Science.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
- Robust knowledge of Statistics, Probability, and Hypothesis Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and model development.
- Experience with A/B Testing, Experimentation, or Causal Inference.
- Knowledge of Data Pipelines, ETL, and Feature Engineering.
- Understanding of Production ML and Model Monitoring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
