Summary As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall data platform architecture, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to align integration and data modeling efforts, fostering a unified and effective data environment.

The position demands strategic planning and hands-on involvement in shaping the data platform blueprint to support organizational goals and data-driven initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Qualified & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices related to large-scale data platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards within data platforms.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
