Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Data Entry Operator/DTP Operator. The individual will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and formatting data in various digital systems and document templates. Daily tasks may include preparing and formatting manuscripts, performing basic layout work, converting files between formats, and ensuring that content meets quality and consistency standards.

The role involves working with publishing-related documents,



verifying information, correcting errors, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. Collaboration with project coordinators and design teams through online communication tools will be required to meet deadlines and project specifications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy skills, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic DTP tools.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage files, organize data, and follow documentation procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and understand project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service awareness to handle client instructions and respond professionally to queries.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Prior experience in data entry, publishing, or DTP operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; additional certifications in DTP, computer applications, or related fields are beneficial.
