Job Title: Data Entry Operator (Excel & Miracle Software)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month (Based on profile and software proficiency)

Schedule:

- Split Shift: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM & 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Sunday: Half-day off

Job Summary We are looking for a detailed-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage administrative billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking. You will work directly under management guidance to generate official client quotations, maintain Excel records, process tax invoices using Miracle accounting software, and handle regular client billing communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Quotation Preparation: Generate accurate commercial quotations on designated company software following management directives.
- Invoicing in Miracle Software: Create, entry, and issue official Tax Invoices accurately using Miracle Software as instructed.
- Accounts Receivable Tracking: Maintain, update, and manage accounts receivable logs in MS Excel.




- Client Communication: Send finalized quotations, payment reminders, and invoices directly to clients via email or messaging platforms as directed.
- Data Management: Perform routine data entry, keep digital records organized, and report billing summaries to management.

Requirements & Skills

- Hands-on experience working with Miracle Accounting Software (or similar billing tools).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining receivables, using basic formulas, and formatting lists.
- Quick and accurate typing skills with high attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills for client outreach.
- Ability to follow management instructions clearly and work split-shift hours consistently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
