One Diagnostics is hiring a TRF Entry & Sample Billing Executive for our diagnostic laboratory operations. Key ResponsibilitiesEnter patient/sample details accurately into the laboratory system. Prepare and process TRF (Test Requisition Form) entries .

Handle sample billing and patient billing entries . Verify patient details, test names, rates, and billing information. Coordinate with the sample collection, lab, and customer care teams. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.

Handle billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of patient information. Perform duties according to laboratory SOPs and company policies.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in TRF entry, sample billing, data entry, diagnostic centre, hospital, or laboratory operations preferred. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory. Knowledge of billing software/LIS will be an advantage. Positive typing speed and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Night-shift flexibility is mandatory.

Shift

Requirement 3 days of night duty per week is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including nights.
