Role Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer for a full-time opportunity to support data-driven decision-making across business and operational functions.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across data engineering, data analytics, databases, reporting, ETL, automation, business intelligence, and data management.

The Data Engineer will work with business, operations, finance, supply chain, production, marketing, and technology teams to collect, organize, transform, and maintain reliable data for reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering,



Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, databases, software development, business intelligence, or related areas can apply.
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Python or another programming language will be an advantage.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data cleaning, transformation, and integration will be preferred.
- Exposure to databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other business-intelligence tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies or patterns.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Internship, certification, personal project, GitHub project, or academic experience in data engineering, analytics, SQL, Python, cloud, or databases will be considered.
- Strong willingness to learn new data technologies and tools.
