About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst specializing in healthcare data to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets, developing data models, and supporting data integration efforts to enhance our analytics capabilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including healthcare operations, finance, clinical, and compliance, to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights. Your expertise will help optimize healthcare processes, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, healthcare data modeling, and analytics, with a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, healthcare analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with US healthcare datasets, including benefits, claims, and eligibility data, is required.

Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing healthcare data is essential. Familiarity with modern data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and MySQL is highly desirable.



Candidates should have experience in creating healthcare process and data flow documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills are crucial, along with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. A demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver insights in a clear and concise manner is also key.

Responsibilities As a Data Analyst in our healthcare division, your key responsibilities will include analyzing and reporting on large healthcare datasets, such as claims, provider information, utilization, and quality metrics. You will develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and validate data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Supporting healthcare data modeling and integration efforts will involve working with platforms like Snowflake and MySQL to develop data marts and analytics layers that facilitate advanced reporting and insights. You will collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data ingestion from source systems such as claims processing platforms and provider databases.

In addition, you will be responsible for creating detailed process maps, data lineage diagrams, and system architecture visuals to document healthcare workflows. This includes defining and standardizing metrics, business rules, and reporting methodologies aligned with healthcare programs. You will partner with various stakeholders, including healthcare operations, finance, clinical, quality, and compliance teams, to understand their reporting needs and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Presenting findings, trends,



and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams will be an integral part of your role, supporting initiatives in value-based care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
