– Data Analyst Position: Data Analyst Location: Bangalore Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full time Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The candidate will work with different teams to identify trends, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Create and maintain reports using MS Excel and Power BI . Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports. Perform data validation and identify data discrepancies. Track key performance indicators ( KPIs ) and business metrics. Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.



Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analysis.

Required

SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis. Basic to good knowledge of SQL . Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.

Educational

QualificationBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field . Freshers with relevant skills and certifications can also apply.

Preferred

CandidatesCandidates with experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence will be preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
