We're looking for a sharp, curious mind who can turn raw numbers into real business insights and help us grow smarter, not just faster.

Role: Data Analyst / Data Scientist Intern

? Location: Remote

⏳ Duration: 6–12 Months

? Stipend: Unpaid (performance-based stipend possible depending on skill & contribution)

What You'll Work On

✅Analyzing customer behavior, order trends, and delivery performance across regions

✅Building and maintaining dashboards for sales, inventory, and operations

✅Studying retention, churn, and repeat-purchase patterns to improve engagement

✅Supporting demand forecasting for smarter inventory and stock planning

✅Running A/B tests and measuring impact of app/website feature changes

✅Translating data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for founders

Required Skills:

SQL: comfortable writing queries to extract, join, and aggregate data

Python: working knowledge of Pandas, NumPy for data cleaning and analysis

Statistics fundamentals: understanding of averages, distributions, correlation, hypothesis testing

Data visualization : ability to build clear charts/dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI,



or Tableau)

Excel / Google Sheets : strong spreadsheet skills for quick, ad-hoc analysis

Analytical thinking: ability to spot patterns and ask the right questions from messy data

Communication:- translating numbers into simple insights non-technical founders can act on

Ownership mindset:- self-driven, quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment

Bonus Points:

??Exposure to machine learning basics (forecasting models, recommendation systems)

??Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL/Firebase

??Prior experience with e-commerce/quick-commerce data or a startup project

??Understanding of performance marketing & growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention curves)

??Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
