About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our dynamic team on an hourly contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to pioneering AI evaluation projects by applying enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing real-world security scenarios, creating reference solutions, and evaluating AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and technical integrity. This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, rigorous security assessments. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work on innovative projects that have a significant impact on the future of AI and cybersecurity.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of skilled experience in cybersecurity or related fields such as security engineering,



operations, incident response, risk management, or security leadership. Robust familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2 is essential.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with security tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms. Excellent analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and effective technical communication are critical for success in this role.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials are highly preferred, demonstrating a validated level of expertise and commitment to the profession.

Responsibilities The Cybersecurity Expert will be responsible for developing comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity scenarios that reflect real-world security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows. This includes creating detailed reference incident reports, security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation to support project objectives.

A key aspect of the role involves evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and adherence to security standards, ensuring the outputs meet high-quality benchmarks.



The candidate will also design grading rubrics that objectively measure cybersecurity judgment and decision-making at a professional level. Applying core cybersecurity methodologies such as threat modeling, incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment will be integral to the role.

Additionally, the expert will collaborate closely with project teams to maintain consistency, technical rigor, and quality across all deliverables, ensuring the success of each engagement.
