Role Description The Cyber Security Trainer will deliver structured training sessions to learners on core cybersecurity concepts and tools, ensuring content is transparent, practical, and aligned with current industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating and updating training materials, conducting live classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback and guidance. The trainer will also support learners with interview preparation, hands-on labs, and use of real-world case studies to strengthen job readiness.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular collaboration with the training and curriculum teams.





Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to explain core principles to learners of varying experience levels.
- Hands-on experience in Network Security, including securing network architectures, implementing security controls, and monitoring for threats.
- Practical knowledge of Application Security, such as secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and remediation techniques.
- Exposure to Malware Analysis or threat analysis, with capability to discuss common attack vectors and defensive strategies.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience in IT or cybersecurity, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar) and a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Clear communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics, and a learner-focused approach to instruction.
- Comfort with using online learning tools, preparing slides and labs, and adapting content to different skill levels.
