About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our dynamic team on an hourly contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting our advanced AI evaluation projects by applying enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise to develop realistic security scenarios, assess AI-generated outputs, and contribute to the refinement of next-generation AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, risk management, and security architecture, with a proven track record of managing complex security initiatives.

This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on creative projects that have a significant impact on AI safety and security standards.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess over five years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including roles in security engineering, incident response, or security leadership.



Strong knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2 is essential. Familiarity with security tools like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, and Qualys will be highly advantageous.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are strongly preferred, underscoring a commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive cybersecurity scenarios that mirror real-world security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows. This includes creating detailed incident reports, security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation. A key aspect of the role involves evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity outputs to ensure their accuracy, logical reasoning, and adherence to security standards.

The candidate will design grading rubrics to measure the AI’s cybersecurity judgment and decision-making capabilities at a professional level. Additionally, the role requires applying various cybersecurity methodologies such as threat modeling,



incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment. Collaboration with project teams to maintain high-quality, consistent, and technically rigorous deliverables is essential to the success of this role.
