Position: Assistant Professor – Cyber Security

Department: Computer Science / Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Cyber Security and related subjects.
- Develop course content, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, projects, and student mentoring.
- Guide students in academic projects and research activities.
- Participate in departmental activities, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration.

Eligibility
- M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./MCA/Ph.D. in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline.
- Teaching/academic experience in Cyber Security or related areas preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.

Experience1–5 years of relevant teaching/industry experience preferred. SalaryAs per experience and institutional norms.

Ideal candidate: A candidate with strong practical knowledge of Cyber Security who can teach both theory and hands-on topics such as networking, ethical hacking, cryptography, penetration testing, and digital forensics.
