We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately for the Customer / Technical Support role - Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Customer handling - Translate technical terms into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.
- Assist users via inbound voice calls, live web chat, or e-mail.
- Processing requests: Handle product returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates.

Skills Required:

- Candidate must have excellent communication skills,
- Freshers &candidates; withe 6 months+ experience can apply
- Should hold basic technical skills like troubleshoot, Wi-Fi connection
- Candidate must have the ability to learn recent things
- And should be flexible with shifts (Predominantly night shift)
- Clear verbal and written proficiency paired with active listening and patience.

*CTC varies based on the experience
