Ajjas is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bhopal!

Role Details? Location: Arera Colony, Bhopal

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Shift: Day Shift

? CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

? Experience: 1–2 years preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

What we’re looking for

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confidence in handling customer calls
- Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in customer support, call centres, or technical support would be an advantage





What will you do?You will interact with customers over calls and WhatsApp, understand their concerns, help them with product-related queries, provide basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, enjoys talking to customers, and wants to grow with a fast-growing IoT company.
