Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative based in Goregaon.

The Customer Support

Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing top-notch customer service,



and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include troubleshooting customer issues, communicating effectively with customers via various channels, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. The representative will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Customer Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar customer support role is a plus
