Transight Systems Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Customer Success & Support team and is looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join us.

### ? Position

Customer Support Executive / Trainee

### ? Experience

1–3 Years in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

### ? Candidate Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in North East India.

### ? Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience or knowledge in VLTD, GPS, Telematics, Fleet Management, or related technology solutions will be preferred.

### ? Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical issues professionally.
- Create, manage, and update customer cases in the support database.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues and provide resolutions during the initial interaction wherever possible.
- Identify the root cause of recurring or major incidents and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and professional communication.

### ? Required Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of GPS / VLTD / Telematics will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and build a career in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
