Work Model: Hybrid ( WFH + WFO ) Process: Blended Customer Support We are looking for motivated candidates with strong communication skills to join our Customer Support team.

? Work Model

- Hybrid: 4 Days WFH

- 2 Days WFO

- Drop Facility: Available during odd-hour in WFO shifts

? Compensation Up to ₹15,000 CTC ⏰ Shift & Working Details

- Rotational shifts

- 9-hour shift, including 1-hour break
- 6 days working
- 1 rotational week off

✅ Eligibility
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable handling both Voice & Non-Voice processes
- Candidates must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas

- Willingness to work in a rotational-shift environment

? System Required for WFH Candidates must have:

- Personal laptop: Intel i3 10th Gen / i5 8th Gen or above

- Reliable broadband internet connection
