We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional experience to customers.
- Provide technical support to parents and teachers.
- Provide chat, email, and call support to customers.




- Handle escalation tickets.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes.
- Act as a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Prior Customer Service experience of at least 6 months .
- Fluency in English communication.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Availability to work from the office.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Ed-Tech environment.
